FutureWater participated in Expo Agro Colombia 2025, held in Cartagena (Colombia) in September, as part of the Dutch delegation at the Netherlands Pavilion. The event brought together leading innovations and technologies from across the agricultural sector, fostering collaboration and exchange between Colombia and the Netherlands.

Representing FutureWater, Evelyn Aparicio Medrano presented the company’s irrigation services designed for both small and large-scale farmers, highlighting the innovative SOSIA and MAGDA solutions. In her talk on smart irrigation services using remote sensing data, she showcased how technology and data-driven insights can enhance water efficiency, optimize crop yields, and promote sustainable agricultural practices.

Over the course of three days, the Dutch Pavilion hosted nine Dutch companies presenting their latest advancements in the agro sector, aimed at supporting and improving Colombian agriculture. The event offered participants an opportunity to connect with potential partners and explore new synergies for future collaboration.

FutureWater is proud to have contributed to showcasing Dutch innovation in Colombia and remains committed to strengthening cooperation in sustainable water and land management. The team looks forward to continued engagement with partners.
